About me

Hi, I’m Dora — a psychology student, mindfulness enthusiast, breathwork faciliator, life coach and lifelong explorer of what it means to live with balance and gratitude.

Psychology has always been close to my heart. I’m endlessly curious about how we think, feel, and connect — and how small shifts in awareness can bring real change. Mental health isn’t just a subject I study; it’s something I live and care deeply about.

My therapy dog, Kumiko, is a big part of my journey — together we’ve seen how simple presence and empathy can make a difference in someone’s day. These moments remind me that healing doesn’t always come from doing more, but from slowing down and just being there.

Mindfulness became a part of my life after a meditation retreat in Thailand, where I learned the beauty of stillness and acceptance. Since then, it has shaped how I see the world — with more patience, gratitude, and appreciation for small moments.

Travel also plays a huge role in who I am. I’ve spent a lot of time exploring different cultures, especially in Asia, where I fell in love with the sense of calm and simplicity that runs through everyday life.

The name Kansha means gratitude in Japanese — a value that guides both my personal life and my work. Japanese culture has always inspired me with its simplicity, beauty, and respect for life’s small moments.

Through Kansha, I hope to share that same spirit: to create space for reflection, kindness, and appreciation — for yourself, and for the world around you.
