No. Most of our materials are designed to be clear, easy to understand, and usable by anyone—even without a professional background.
At the same time, all content is based on proven psychological principles, so professionals can also integrate them into their work.

Which methods are the materials based on?

Purchase & Use

When will I receive my product?

A few minutes after your purchase, you’ll automatically receive an email with a download link.
Depending on the product, the files are delivered as PDFs, ZIP folders, or other common formats—ready for immediate use, with no shipping or waiting time.

How often can I download the products?

You can download your purchased products as many times as you like.
Please make sure to save the files securely, as the download links may be time-limited for technical reasons.

What if I’ve lost the file or my download link has expired?

No problem. If you can’t find the email, your download link has expired, or the file is missing, simply contact us at hello@kansha.life and include your order number or payment confirmation.
We’ll resend the files as soon as possible.

Can I print the materials?

Yes. You may print all products for personal use. Professional use is permitted only if you hold a valid license.
Please note: sharing these materials—digitally or in print—is permitted only within a professional setting and only with a valid professional license.

Do you offer editable versions?

If you purchase a product with a Professional License, it includes the Kansha Signature Service: we can rebrand the material with your logo and brand colors, and you can request up to 5 minor changes to the product. For full details, see our license model here: Kansha Signature Service.

If you need more extensive edits or a fully customized version, please contact us and we’ll prepare a tailored offer.

Licensing & Professional Use

What is a professional license and what does it include?

Private Use: for personal development or home use.
Professional License: for use in sessions with clients, groups, workshops, or trainings within a professional setting.

What is not allowed without a license?

Without a valid professional license, the following uses are not permitted:
⛔ Working with clients or groups
⛔ Sharing materials with others
⛔ Commercial use (e.g., in trainings, workshops, or coaching sessions)
⛔ Publishing the content (e.g., on websites or social media)

Can I upgrade my license later?

Yes, you can upgrade anytime — Contact us for a personalized quote.

Payment & Withdrawal

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

Can I cancel a digital order?

Legally, the right of withdrawal expires once the download begins.
However, we want to offer flexibility: at Kansha, you can cancel your order within 14 days, even after downloading. Just write to hello@kansha.life, and we’ll take care of it.



Technical Questions

In which format will I receive the product?

Most products are delivered as PDFs, but some include ZIP files or additional elements such as PNGs, audio/video files.

I didn’t receive an email after purchase, what should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first.
If you still can’t find the email, contact us at hello@kansha.life with your name and order details—we’ll resend your download link.

My download doesn’t work, or I received the wrong file.

Occasionally, technical errors can occur.
Simply email us, and we’ll send you the correct file as soon as possible.

Can I use the materials on a tablet or e-reader?

Yes, the PDFs can be opened without issue. Many users also enjoy printing them — it’s entirely up to your preference.
