Refund policy

I want you to have enough time and clarity to decide whether you would like to keep your order. Below you will find all information about your legal right of withdrawal.

Your right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded or – in the case of goods – from the day you or a person you have designated (who is not the carrier) receives the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is enough to send me a short, clear message stating that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

You can send your message, for example, by email or by post.
You may use the standard withdrawal form provided by law, but you do not have to – a simple message with your withdrawal, your name, your address and ideally your order number is perfectly fine.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the fourteen‑day period has expired.

What happens after you withdraw?

Once I have received your withdrawal, I will refund all payments that I have received from you, including standard delivery costs.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I receive your notice of withdrawal.
For the refund, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees because of the refund.

If you return physical products

For physical products, I may withhold the refund until I have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods – whichever is earlier.

Please send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform me of your withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Unless we have agreed otherwise and as long as you were informed about this before you placed your order, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning – in other words, more than you would normally do in a physical shop.

Note on digital products

I also grant a 14‑day right of withdrawal for digital products (for example downloads).
If you exercise your right of withdrawal for a digital product that you have already received, you are obliged to stop using the content and not to share it with third parties.
